New Pictures

First here's a picture of Me, Dad and Alice at the Polish Festival.

Next is from Thursday, I took a drive up the Columbia Gorge. I have had this itch to go there, so I satisfied it. This is at Wahkeena falls.Wahkeena means "most beautiful" in Yakama Indian. Just as beautiful as I remember it. We used to go there a lot when  we lived in Parkrose. I used to take the kids and their friends up there. And we would picnic there as a family.

Here's one with Les, me, Greg, Yvonne and Alan

Cathy, the last doctor appt.,did they shead any more light on your systems ?Are you and Les going to do anything for your birthday ?Love Dad and Alice

No she didn't . She's never had someone that was diagnosed with ALS and autoimmune. We talked her into sending to G.I. Doctor and looking down my throat. Les needs to call and make that appointment. Just keep taking both Methotrexate and rilutek and see them both in Dec unless I notice that I am worse. I can always go in sooner if I notice anything. Nothin special planned for my birthday, we went out for breakfast at Bobs redmill this morning as Les had the day off for his physical. Hope you and Alice are doing well

I am drooling more, that could be a number of reasons. Mysthenia Gravis patients do that, or it could be the methotrexate giving me more saliva than I need! I've seen pictures of ALS patients with atrophy and I don't see it in my arms, hands or legs. Their hands are all knarled up and mine aren't. A few days of sunshine here.

Cathy,
Glad to hear you are holding steady. Guess you just have to keep at the docs. Hope they can tell you something more. A very happy birthday to you! Glad Les has a day off and you can both relax together.
And God gave you some sunshine, too!
Enjoy.
love,
Mary D.
