Reilly

They were our guest band at Church today. They're pretty good. I'd never heard them before. I bought one of their cds. Todays Message in a nutshell: Joy is finding a way to be happy even when things don't go your way. Joy is not immdedaite. It comes from taking a long look and keeping the right perspective.

I go in on Wed. I'll let you know what he says. I have an hour he'll probably give a good go-over. We have all our info, too. I have the calcification lesions on my hands, getting more of them that look like scleroderma, which is part of crest disease, an auto-immune disorder. I also have raynuds again, which is also part of crest. It will be interesting to see what the Rheumatologist says. The blood test tested positive for the same thing. I'll let you know when I get home on Wed

Nice post-wow-sounds like a great band and you saw them at your church? Very cool! Yes, it is easy to happy and joyful when things are going well but how to do it when the chips are down? I've learned much from my parents but it is a lifelong struggle to always find joy. You are an inspiration, too, Cathy and Greg!
love,
Mary D.
Hope the doc. appt. went well.

Hi Dad the Rheumatologist believes I have crest syndrome with limited scleroderma. But she's running more blood tests and urine to see if I also have schrojens which causes the dry mouth. Some of the auto immune's cross over. She had me go over for a chest xray to check on my lungs as some internal oragans can be affected. I am going to get a heart ultra sound in the next week or so. and she put me on methotrexate for this probelm.
